Gary Leon Ridgway(born February 18, 1949), also known as the Green River Killer , is usually an American serial killer . Ridgway murdered numerous adult females around ligatures . After strangling that women, this individual would likely dump their health all the way through forested along with overgrown areas throughout King County .
